Count the visits AI actually sends.
Planned: read your Google Analytics 4 data to separate identifiable AI referrals from other traffic, see which pages they land on and what those visits go on to do. This is not built yet.
Referral Radar isn’t built yet.
The page below describes what we plan to build, not something you can use today. It needs a read-only Google Analytics connection, and Citeroot has no analytics integrations yet.
Works today: You can already build this view in GA4 yourself. Our guide shows what you can and can't attribute. Read the GA4 guide
The plan, in plain words.
Assistant-level referral sessions
Group sessions by the assistant or answer engine that sent them, using the referrer and campaign data your property already collects.
Landing pages and outcomes
See which pages AI visitors land on and which key events follow — signups, demo requests, purchases.
Honest about attribution
Many AI visits arrive with no referrer. The plan is to report what can be identified and label the rest, rather than invent a total.
Next to tracked visibility
Compare referral landing pages with the prompts where you are cited, to see which answers lead to visits.
Three steps, no guesswork.
Connect GA4
Read-only access to the properties you choose.
Map the sources
Apply a maintained rule set of assistant referrers; you add your own.
Read the pattern
Compare AI referrals to tracked visibility.
About Referral Radar
Will this show all traffic from AI?
No tool can, because many assistants strip or omit referrers. The aim is to show identifiable referrals and clearly mark the unattributed remainder.
When will it ship?
We don't have a date, and we would rather not guess. Join the waitlist and we will email you once, when it is available.
