Marketing agencyTypical: under 30 peopleIllustrative scenario

An agency uses one account to give several clients a defensible baseline and a next step.

A small marketing agency. These are illustrative scenarios built from typical use cases — not customer testimonials. Real customer stories will appear here as customers approve them.

Example figures — invented to illustrate the workflow, not results from a real account.

The challenge

Every client asks about AI search, and each report is a different stack of screenshots that takes days to assemble.

What they did

  1. Creates one project per client in a Summit account (up to five) and reuses the same panel structure for similar clients.
  2. Reports from recorded answers, with intervals, so a before-and-after chart can survive a sceptical question.
  3. Generates a draft brief (beta) from each client's top gap, edits it, and hands it to the client's writers.

What this shows

Today there is one login per account and no client portal; sharing is by export or screenshots. Client workspaces are planned.
